Alone in the City with a Cancer Diagnosis

WCBS 880 Health and Well Being

Moving from Chicago to New York for a new career opportunity can be stressful enough. So what happens when you're alone in a new city and you're diagnosed with colon cancer?

Ryan Droege, with his doctor Joshua Raff, M.D. of White Plains Hospital, sat down with WCBS 880's legendary reporter Pat Farnack and shared Ryan's story in a far-ranging interview.

In the interview, Ryan describes his treatment regimen that includes--of all things--crossfit, his relationship with his girlfriend, genetics, and the support of the entire team at the White Plains Hospital Center for Cancer Care.

Ryan, we're all rooting for you!
